FOREST-BLENDED TEA

We say "forest-blended" because all of our teas are blended with forest ingredients from the Land around us.

Our small-batch blended teas are oh-so carefully crafted with herbs we forage, cultivate and/or procure from local regenerative farms in our area.  Ingredients are always ethically harvested, locally sourced, or certified organic.

FOREST-INFUSED HONEY

Our infused honeys are always pure, unpasteurized and single-sourced from either our own sustainably managed hives in the East Kootenays and/or from our responsible partners operating small scale, family-run apiaries close by or in the Canadian prairies. We combine these honeys with wild forest flavors to change your outlook on what is possible each and every day.

FOREST-BLENDED CULINARY SEA SALT

Forest-blended sea salts should be enjoyed in good company and are a perfect addition to soups, stew, sourdough breads, wild meats and even cocktails. You can experience tastes rich in lively flavours that add a little culinary magic to any meal. Many of the herbs used in our salt blends are either foraged nearby or grown/procured as locally as possible.

Wild foods for joyful hearts! We wildcraft the freshest forest foods and herbs, taking only good care.

We practice deep listening and reciprocity in order to create forest-blended botanicals and delights. Rooted in traditional teachings, we receive only what the forest offers from ILOMAA FOREST FARM and the Land around us.
